Account Management
3.1 Protecting Your Login Details

17bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

- If an attempt is made to exploit a system error or misuse bonuses.
- If money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
17bdt currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests are typically processed within 1 hour of being received. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Withdrawal Condition: Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that your account's KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
4.3 Processing & Verification
Large withdrawal amounts may require additional security checks. The 17bdt team reviews every withdrawal request and takes necessary steps to prevent fraud. All transaction data is stored in encrypted form.
4.4 Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails for any reason, the relevant funds will be returned to the source account within 3 business days. Contact our support team for any transaction-related issues.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering Calculation: The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — there is no wagering requirement on your deposited real money.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds may only be used on games designated by 17bdt.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless the relevant promotion explicitly permits it.
- If bonuses are misused or obtained through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
- 17bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
The 17bdt VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%; Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Members can advance to higher tiers by playing regularly and staying active on the platform.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Rules
All games on 17bdt are operated fairly and transparently. The individual game rules of each game provider (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft) apply. If a dispute arises over a game result, the game provider's logs and server data will be treated as the final proof.
6.2 System Errors
If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error or system failure, 17bdt reserves the right to void the relevant bet. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account.
6.3 Sports Betting
Before placing a sports bet, carefully verify the selected market and odds. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 17bdt voids it under specific rules. Official sources are used when declaring match results.
User Code of Conduct
All members of 17bdt are required to follow the code of conduct below:
- Participation in any form of fraud, collusion, or deceptive activity is strictly prohibited.
- Using software bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets or operate games is prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit any system vulnerability or error is prohibited.
- Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other members is prohibited.
- Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal means is strictly prohibited.
Violation of any of the above rules will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

Changes and Termination of Terms

12.2 Termination of Agreement
Members may request account closure at any time through the 17bdt support team. At the time of closure, any remaining real balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, subject to conditions being met.
